Webdesign

I developed a new website and accompanying member app for the WING student association (VWI Hochschulgruppe Augsburg e.V.). The goal was to present the organization with a fresh, modern, and more professional design.

Academic Seminar Paper in Medical Physics

The paper provides a comprehensive overview of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), first explaining the physical principles and technical structure of an MR tomograph, then presenting the current clinical significance of MRI through numerous application examples—particularly in tumor diagnostics, neurology, cardiology, and other medical specialties—and finally offering a well-founded outlook on future developments, such as the use of artificial intelligence, new device designs (ultra-low and ultra-high field MRI, mobile and open systems), as well as application fields beyond classical medicine like neonatology, forensic medicine, and the food industry. Overall, the work demonstrates the central role of MRI as a radiation-free, versatile, and future-oriented imaging technique.

In my academic seminar paper in medical physics, I achieved an outstanding grade of 15 points. Across 40 pages, I explored the topic "MRI - its applications in the present and future," presenting "a fascinating range of future applications of MRI technology, [...] not only scientifically sound but also highly innovative" (evaluation, Fabian Maier, 23.02.2023). I discovered my passion for scientific work and established contact with leading technology companies, such as Felix MĂĽller-Witt, Global Head of Product Marketing MRI at Siemens Healthineers. My seminar supervisor noted in his evaluation that my work "demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and engagement" (evaluation, Fabian Maier, 23.02.2023). This work reflects my deep interest in research, as well as my ability to work successfully in a scientific context and pursue ambitious goals.

Electric Eden

Originally, the idea was to produce a song with the students at GISA using sounds and noises they found on the school grounds. From this, "Electric Eden" evolved into more of a personal project. - Released on 25.06.2024

A Personal Journey: From Concept to Publication

Across 130 pages, I document my most significant experiences at GISA, my time in Ghana, and the meaningful encounters I had there. This book was written over the course of a year, drawing from my personal memories, diary entries, chat logs, and photographs.

Hobbies & Interests

Sports

Swimming Badge

My passion for sports began early with Water Rescue Steppach, where I was active from age 6 to 13, earning Bronze, Silver, and Gold badges. During my childhood, I also played basketball. Today, I stay active through various activities: running (including half marathons like the SportScheck Run), volleyball, bouldering, swimming, gym workouts, hiking, and trail biking with my Giant Trance X2. These activities help me maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Drums

I started playing drums at the age of 6 and continued with lessons for 10 years. Throughout this time, I had the opportunity to perform within the music school in various ensembles and was part of a rock band. Playing drums has taught me rhythm, coordination, and the importance of practice and dedication. It's a creative outlet that allows me to express myself musically and work collaboratively with other musicians.

Learning Skills

Vibe Coding: Since October 2025, I've been exploring coding as a creative and practical skill. This includes working on projects like my "Croissant" project, developing this portfolio website, and applying my skills in more professional contexts at CHECK24. Coding allows me to bring ideas to life and solve problems creatively.

Video Editing: I enjoy creating and editing videos across various genres. This includes music videos (such as "Electric Eden" or "Little Oasis"), drone footage and animations in Google Earth Studio, mountainbike edits on trails, trailers and promo videos for professional presentations, and behind-the-scenes footage of theater performances. Video editing combines technical skills with creative storytelling.

Other Skills: I'm always eager to learn new skills, such as CAD drawing and photography. You can see some of my photography work in my "Photos" project. Continuous learning keeps me engaged and helps me grow both personally and professionally.

Interests

Traveling: Having grown up in Luxembourg, I developed a love for exploring new places early on. I've completed two Interrail journeys (see my Resume, 11 countries total), spent 7 months in Ghana, visited Morocco, and have many more destinations planned. I use the been app to track and plan future travel destinations. Traveling broadens my perspective and allows me to experience different cultures and ways of life.

Elevators: I've had a fascination with elevators since childhood. I've visited special elevator exhibitions and ridden various types of elevators, including cable, pneumatic and oil pressure systems, inclined elevators, vertical and horizontal elevators in both directions, and high-speed elevators. I'm still looking forward to experiencing a Paternoster and visiting the elevator test tower in Rottweil (testturm.tkelevator.com).

Meeting Friends: Spending quality time with friends is important to me. Whether it's going out, having meaningful conversations, or simply enjoying each other's company, these moments create lasting memories and strengthen relationships. Maintaining strong social connections contributes to my overall well-being and happiness.

LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3: I received my first LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 set at age 9 and have since expanded it with additional sets and parts, investing over €2,500. I program my robots and spent 2 years in a robotics elective course in school. This interest in robotics and programming has influenced my technical skills and can be seen in projects like my 6-Axis-Robot project.

Apple Software & Hardware: I'm passionate about Apple's ecosystem, including their M-Chips, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, AirPods, Apple Watch, and the various operating systems (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS). I appreciate the seamless integration, design philosophy, and innovation that Apple brings to their products.
